Excellent nonstick pan, but not flat UPDSTE 1 January 2014: I’ve had my T-fal 10 inch fry/sauté pan for over 6 months, using it several times a week. It still has its superb non-stick quality and has sustained no scratches or nicks to the surface.I recently added a to my collection. This pan, like it’s brothers and sisters, is not flat. I placed a steel straightedge across the bottom and can fit a 0.032″ (1/32″) feeler gage at the center. This 8″ pan is not as bowed as the larger pans, but that’s to be expected with the smaller size.
