Oval With a brand name like Cuisinart, I expected higher quality. The stainless steel is thin and the dome arrived out of round.
Helps Steam and Melt I have always wanted one of these. I’m a big fan of cooking shows and the chefs that cook hamburgers are always using a big dome to cook the hamburger evenly and quickly, melt cheese, and steam the buns. I’ve tried using a skillet or pot lid but they aren’t really tall enough or domed enough.
